For your first royal pickup, any type of plastic or fabric bag will do. We kindly ask that you avoid using hampers or boxes. Upon your first delivery, you’ll receive a luxurious/waterproof black Speed Queen bag to use for all future pickups. Should you require additional bags, simply email us at info@SpeedQueenExpress.com, and we’ll happily send another to your royal domain!

Absolutely! We can arrange pickups and drop-offs at any address within our service area, including your place of buisness. Please ensure you provide all relevant business details in your pickup/drop-off instructions in your account, and we’ll handle the rest with royal precision!

Fear not! When the weather turns unfavorable, we double-bag your laundry to shield it from the elements. While we take every measure to protect your garments, we cannot be held responsible for any weather-related damage once your laundry is delivered to your castle. Rest assured, we’ll do our utmost to ensure your clothes remain in royal condition!

We recommend placing your laundry in a protected area from the elements, if possible. Many of our esteemed clients choose locations such as a front or back porch, in a garage, or with their building manager. Be sure to specify your preferred pickup and drop-off location in your account’s instructions.

We also monitor the weather closely. Should severe conditions arise, we’ll reach out to you to make alternate arrangements. 

While we adore our furry subjects, to ensure the safety of our royal couriers, we kindly ask that pets be kept in an enclosed area during pickup and drop-off.

For our sensitive royal subjects, if you are highly allergic to scents from laundry products, please be aware that we may not be able to guarantee that your order will be returned completely free of fragrances. We will make every effort to follow your specified preferences and accommodate your needs as best as possible.
